Vangar Shriek: Chapter Master v2

a redesign of the vangar shriek in chapter master armour, whereas the old one (here [link]) was based completely on the model, this one is far more in my own image, with a coat of arms, more medallions and (though i hadn't intended to do this quite so soon) showing him without his helmet

also again, i don't want to hear about how his armour resembles calgars
